Lee is Founder and CEO of Tartan Media Group Inc. and has been involved in sales and customer training for many years. The creator of the EXPECT TO WIN seminars, TRACK, COPA, and GAP measurement programs, he has helped many companies increase their closing ratios, handle more call volume efficiently and generally increase the bottom line. These include Veterinary Pet Insurance (VPI), Barbour-Langley Productions, Thane, Hilton Grand Vacations, HED Insurance and Pet Plan Insurance of Canada, South Bend Tribune, the Recorder Group of newspapers, and Answer Financial. Colonel Van Kirk has extensive experience in the insurance industry as a career General Agent with companies such as Travelers, Integon, and Provident Life Insurance company. Formerly, he was President of American Family Financial Services, a full service financial services brokerage doing business throughout the South Eastern United States. His experience as a communicator of sales techniques and processes in nationally and internationally known.
Gail Ann Van Kirk, President and CFO:
Gail Ann is President and CFO of Tartan Media Group Inc., having been involved in sales, customer care and client services for many years. Gail Ann was also in the dental field as an office manager, trainer and consultant. She has managed inbound and outbound call centers in the telecommunications and vacation ownership arenas. She owned for several years a model & talent agency, representing through her talent such noteworthy clients as Sears, J.C. Penney's, Mercedes Benz, American Crew, Stu Segal Productions, Warner Brothers, and Unsolved Mysteries, just to mention a few. Her ability to understand the real "hardwired customer service" side of a call center is a rare commodity.

Paul Kerstetter, Member Board of Directors
Paul is a member of the Board of Directors of Tartan Media Group Inc. Paul has more than twenty years of experience in the call center industry. He was instrumental in growing West Teleservices from a startup company to a $400-million corporation in seven years. In addition, he has held key management positions at First Class Marketing and AfterMarket Company. He currently plays a key role with BridgeDialog, a provider of voice-enabled solutions for call centers. Paul also has a consulting practice whose clients include direct marketers and well know national call centers. Paul is a frequent speaker at industry functions including the Direct Marketing Association, American Teleservices Association, Electronic Retailing Association and the Infomercial Marketplace to name a few. He is a contributor to DM news and Response Magazine.
